Paul Echeverria is an MFA candidate at the University of Colorado at Boulder. He taught experimental filmmaking at SUNY Purchase College from 2007 until 2011.
He began teaching filmmaking in the New York City public school system and continued within the field of education as a NYC Teaching Fellow.
Echeverria also directed the Young Filmmaker program while at Purchase. His debut feature,

, was awarded Best Foreign Language Film at the Long Island Film Festival.
